Nabla Works Corp. exhibited at CEATEC 2025, held at Makuhari Messe from October 14 to 17, 2025.
We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to all the visitors who stopped by our booth during the event.
In this article, we’d like to share a brief report on our booth and exhibits.
This year, we showcased a demo of our next-generation guidance solution powered by generative AI, along with several AI-based image and video recognition solutions developed by our company.
Conversational Guidance Solution Powered by Generative AI
We showcased a demo of the “Conversational DH Concierge”, a digital human generated from a real person and enhanced with generative AI for contextual understanding and dynamic response generation.
Unlike pre-scripted systems, this solution enables free-form, natural conversations powered by AI.
At our booth, visitors experienced personalized interactions through scenarios inspired by a tourist information center and a hotel front desk.

We received a wide range of feedback, including concrete ideas such as “We’d like to use this for unmanned store reception” and “It could be applied to municipal service counters.” Some even suggested creative uses in the entertainment field, such as virtual fan meetings with celebrities.
On the technical side, many visitors asked questions such as “Can it be integrated with our own LLM?”, “Is it compatible with iOS applications?”, and “How long does it take to implement?”
While emergency implementation can be completed in less than a month, we generally recommend scheduling at least one month for a more stable service rollout.
We are currently planning to offer the LLM integration as a public API and are also considering providing an SDK version for iOS.

Many visitors showed strong interest in the experience of freely conversing with a digital human, making our booth far more popular than we had anticipated.

Visitor Analytics Solution
We demonstrated “Register Camera” app, which analyzes booth visitors in real time using our cloud-based facility utilization analytics API service, People Analytics API.

Our API is equipped with a world-class image and video AI processing engine, earning high praise for its exceptional accuracy in face recognition and attribute analysis.
In particular, it attracted strong interest from professionals in retail operations and event management. “Register Camera” is a mobile app for customer management that automatically creates customer lists without any manual input.
It records each customer's visit history automatically and allows optional notes or tagging to track interaction history.
Additionally, it provides a dashboard that visually summarizes trends in visitor numbers as well as the breakdown of age and gender attributes. At our exhibition booth, we demonstrated an integration with “Conversational DH Concierge” — an AI-powered conversational guidance solution. When notes are added for customers registered in “Register Camera”, the digital human responds based on the content of those notes.
On the backend, this demo utilizes our cloud API service, “People Analytics API”.
We offer a wide range of services, from analysis engines to custom development, including applications like RegisterCam. These can be incorporated into your systems as components or offered as complete solutions.
Face Recognition IC Card Auto-Lending Solution
At our booth, we showcased a face recognition IC card auto-lending solution for delivery reception at a large commercial facility, currently being tested in collaboration with World Supply Co., Ltd.

When a user is authenticated via face recognition, the locker opens, allowing the automatic lending and return of IC cards that were previously handled in person.
All histories are digitally managed, enabling administrators to view all check-in/check-out records on a management dashboard. Outstanding returns and the duration of stays are immediately visible at a glance.
No integration with existing security systems is required, so operations can begin immediately by simply installing the reception terminal and locker.
Visitors were impressed by the high accuracy of the system, which can authenticate faces not only from the front but also at an angle, and even when partially obscured by masks.
We also received ideas from attendees on potential uses for the security boxes beyond IC cards, such as physical keys, company vehicle keys, and shared equipment.
An article about this solution was also featured in CEATEC News. Please check it out:
